Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NoQueuez Queue Managment Solutions, we facilitate token bookings through our website, web applications, and other online services integrated with the Businesses/Organisation. Below is our refund and cancellation policy for bookings made through our website, web applications, and other online services:

1. Token Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refund on Booking Fee: If  you book a token through our website, web applications, and other online services but the Businesses/Organisation cancels all token for the particular shift of his/her due to any of his/her emergency by clicking  “Cancel All” tokens then a full refund of Booking Fees ( if Paid) will be done.
  • Non-Refundable Booking Convenience Fee: 

1. The booking convenience fee is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

2. If you cancel a token booked through our website, web applications, and other online services , the booking convenience fee will not be refunded

  • Refund Processing: Refunds booking convenience fee will be processed within 3-4 working days following confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Convenience Fee

  • Standalone Booking Convenience Fee: In cases where the booking convenience fee is paid, this amount is non-refundable, regardless of whether the consultation is canceled, completed, or missed.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments (No-Show): If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation (no-show) booked through our website, web applications, and other online services, no refund will be issued for the booking convenience fee.

Terms Acknowledgment

By using our website, web applications, and other online services to book a queue token, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

NoQueuez Queue Managment Solutions reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
