These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by NoQueuez Queue Management Solutions ("NoQueuez," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, web applications, and other online services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Appointment Booking and User Information

• Customers: You are not required to create an account to use our Services for booking a token to a queue. When you book a token some information regarding location and device will be collected and stored in our system to facilitate your booking and communication with businesses/Organisations.
• Businesses/Organisations: For Businesses/Organisations using our dashboard, NoQueuez will create individual accounts with unique usernames for authorized users within the Business/Organisation. These accounts are created and managed by NoQueuez Queue Management Solutions, and each Business/Organisation will have access to the dashboard to manage customer a token and queues.

SaaS Agreement for Businesses/Organisations

A Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement will be signed between NoQueuez and each Business/Organisation using our services. This agreement governs the terms under which NoQueuez provides its services to Businesses/Organisations, including data handling, privacy, and usage policies. Any changes to Business/Organisation policies or account access will be managed in accordance with the SaaS agreement. Businesses/Organisations are responsible for ensuring compliance with the agreement.

Use of the Services

• Personal Use: Our Services are for personal use by customers to book a token. You may not use our Services for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that:

• Violate these Terms or any other applicable agreements or policies;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or the servers or networks connected to our Services;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent;
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by NoQueuez or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
